Wild Zone Goalie School 2015-2016

Wild Zone Goalie School 2015

What is it?

A development program for our young goaltenders. It is 15 one-hour on ice sessions with certified instructors from Goal-tec Saskatoon.  Parents who are bringing their kids to the camp are needed to be on-ice shooters regardless of their goaltending knowledge or experience.  This allows us to keep our shooter to goalie ratio manageable and the cost of the program down.

Who is it for?

The program is intended for atom and pee wee aged goalies but we will accept novice aged goalies as well.  We are giving first dibs to goalies from the Wild Zone but will open it up to other zones shortly.

Where is the goalie camp happening?

Jemini Arena.

When does it take place?

Sunday mornings from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. The dates are:

Oct 18
Oct 25
Nov 1
Nov 8
Nov 15
Nov 22
Nov 29
Dec 6
Jan 3
Jan 10
Jan 17
Jan 31
Feb 7
Feb 21
Feb 28

What is the cost?

All 15 hours of instruction costs $200 for Wild zone goalies.  Their fees are subsidized by the Wild zone.   Considering that private lessons can cost $120 per hour - this is an unbelievable bargain!  Even if you can't make all 15 sessions - you will still get great value from participating in this program.

How do I register?

If you have not yet registered for the program, contact our Wild Zone Registrar at registrar@saskatoonwild.com
