** CHANGES IN PLACE FOR 2016-2017 BY SHA:

EFFECTIVE WITH THE 2016-2017 SEASON, ALL COACHING AND TEAM OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE OBTAINED BY JANUARY 10, 2017 AND NOT FEBRUARY 1ST.
Each team must have a Head or assitant coach that has the Coach Goaltender Certification. Last season any team official could have it - now it must be a coach.
