BINGO Update - Families with Bingo credits outstanding or who are considering bingos Please be aware of the following:
The bingos our zone parents are allowed to participate in to offset their hockey expenses are run by the Redwing Hockey Zone.
At the end of their fiscal year, the Redwings will calculate the funds raised from bingo and allocate a credit amount for each bingo worked by parents.
Once that has been completed, the Wild Zone will be paid based on the value of each bingo worked by Wild parents. It is only at that time, we will know how much a family has been credited towards your player fees for the upcoming year. Typically this takes place in August/September.
Given this, please follow the instructions for player registration BUT do not submit payment for your player at this time.
Once the bingo credits have been calculated and the WILD zone has received payment, you will be contacted by the WILD Treasuer to arrange payment for any outstanding fees.
