Registration After June 30th - Important Information

Late Registrants:

On-Line Late Zone Registration will take place between July 5 to August 20, 2017.  Registration during this period will still be via the Zones' on-line registration sites.  There will be a $100 late surcharge added to registration fees for registrations after June 30th - exceptions: Initiation players and players that are new to Saskatoon Minor Hockey.

All efforts will be made to place the player within their home zone but this cannot be guaranteed for late registrants.  The zone with the greatest need for players will receive players when necessary. A $100.00 fee will be applied to those players that register after June 30th unless they are new to hockey in Saskatoon or have moved to Saskatoon after June 30th.

If a player is placed by the SMHA Registration Committee on a team in a zone other than the zone where the player resides with his/her parent(s), that player will be assigned to a team of a no higher level than B hockey in peewee and older and C hockey in Novice and Atom. Goaltenders are EXEMPT from this rule. 

Registration Applications after August 20, 2017:

Players may apply for registration after August 20, 2017. Applications after August 20th must be submitted to the SMHA office.  Players registering via this process will be placed in the zone with the greatest need for players in the player's age division. The player will need to pay their registration fees to the zone they are placed in prior to being permitted on the ice.
