CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK SUBMISSIONS DUE
All registered team officials age 18 & over must have submitted their original Criminal Record check including vulnerable sector search to their zone.
Those that do no are ineligible to be on the bench or on the ice with their team(s) until doing so.
DECEMBER 3 - ALL TEAMS PEEWEE AND OLDER (including Interlock Centre teams)
Know the Score Survey Monkey Questionnaire must have been completed with their team and submitted
DECEMBER 15 -ALL SMHA TEAMS
Final Day to Notify SMHA of Deletion of Team official or change in title of team official
