In light of COVID-19 developments, all AGMs have been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.






The Wild Zone X Executive is providing Notice of Motion on revisions to the Constitution to be voted upon at the 2020 Wild Zone X Annual General Meeting TBD. Revisions as below:

III. Executive Council & IV. Election of Officers & VI. Duties and Responsibilities…Program Coordinators & IX Meetings (J):   Motion: To Change Coordinator titles to U7 (formerly Initiation); U9 (formerly Novice); U11 (formerly Atom); U13 (formerly PeeWee); U15 (formerly Bantam); U18 (formerly Midget).  

VI. (a) Commissioner Duties & Responsibilities of Executive Council Members. Motion: Position needs to be an individual who has served a minimum of two years on the Executive Council.                                                              

XXIII. Finances. (c)  Motion: To add the Registrar as an additional signing officer.                
 
Election of members to the following positions:
Registrar (2 yrs)
Secretary/Communications/Web (2 yrs)
U7 Coordinator (2 yrs)
U13 Coordinator (2 yrs)
U18 Midget Coordinator (2 yrs)
Goalie Coordinator (2 yrs)
