Register for Wild Zone X AGM and Nominations

The Wild Zone X AGM will be held on April 13, 2021 at 7:00 pm.

Due to COVID restrictions, the AGM will be held virtually.  Please note the following:
 
Members of the Wild zone who would like to participate in the AGM must pre-register to obtain a meeting link. Registration will close at 10:00 pm on Thursday, April 8, 2021.  To register, please send your First and Last name along with your email to secretary@saskatoonwild.com 

Nominations for positions must be sent to the secretary@saskatoonwild.com by 10:00 pm on Tuesday, April 6, 2021.  All nominated individuals will be contacted to confirm that they would like their name to stand for the position nominated for. The following information is required for any nominations: 

• First and last name of nominee
• Position being nominated for
• Email of nominee
• First and last name of individual making the nomination

Positions for elections are:

• Assistant Commissioner (2 yrs) – Current incumbent, Daniel Rauckman, will be letting his name stand
• Registrar (2 yrs) – Current incumbent, Pamela Hall, will be letting her name stand
• Secretary/Communications/Website (2 yrs) – Current incumbent, Tracey Wray, will be letting her name stand
• U7 Coordinator (2 yrs)
• U13 Coordinator (2 yrs) – Current incumbent, Val Pritchard, will be letting his name stand
• U18 Coordinator (2 yrs) – Current incumbent, Augie Shewchuk, will be letting his name stand  

Only registered members will be eligible to cast a vote. A secure link at the time of elections will be given in order to cast a vote. 

The meeting agenda will be forwarded a few days prior to the AGM meeting.
