 Notice of Revisions to Constitution
Wild Zone X Annual General Meeting
Tuesday, April 26, 2022

To register for the AGM, please RSVP to the Secretary
We are asking for registration to ensure sufficient space.
The Wild Zone X Executive is providing Notice of Motion on revisions to the Constitution to be voted upon at the 2022 Wild Zone X Annual General Meeting April 26, 2022.
Revisions as below:
V. Removal of Officers: Add: non-attendance at meetings.
VII. Executive Council Members:
- Add: 4: Provide detailed monthly report.
- Add: 5: Sign a Confidentiality Agreement
XVI. Player Evaluation for Teams: Change to: Player evaluations are to be conducted as outlined for each division prior to evaluations.
Election of members to the following positions:
- Commissioner – Current incumbent will run
- Note: Commissioner must be an individual who has served at least two years on the Executive
- Treasurer – Current incumbent will run
- U9 Coordinator – Current incumbent will run
- U11 Coordinator – Current incumbent not running
- U15 Coordinator – Current incumbent not running
- Equipment Coordinator – Current incumbent not running
- Goalie Coordinator – Current incumbent not running
Duties for the above positions can be found in the Constitution.
